I know, I know I’m a broken record. I keep talking about why you should invest in commercial real estate as opposed to a residential opportunity.
So let me give you three reasons why.
Number one, while the cost of a commercial property may be a bit higher, your gross returns overall long term are certainly going to be a lot higher.
Number two, longer term lease: an average real estate lease is going to be five to ten years, which means you can guarantee your income to the bank and you can leverage that for more opportunities, to maybe pull out equity in your property.
And number three, direct investments in real estate, long term, can hedge against inflation, like the issues that we’re having now.
