Number three, build a team.
I did not know when I first got into this business that I needed to have other people who understood different aspects of the market.
So for me, I really love the client interaction part. I don’t love cold calling, I don’t love email blast, I don’t love posting on social media but with the right people around you to take on little pieces of the puzzle, you’re able to do more, you’re able to achieve more.
