Agents, Here’s A Skill You Should Master!

You know one thing that’ll make you a better agent? Listening.

Listening to what is happening in your business and in your community on a day-to-day basis.

Do you know what’s about to be built down the block? Do you know how this owner or that property is experiencing different experiences when it comes to tenancy issues, construction that might be necessary, impacts of construction? Do you know your local community?

If you’re a real estate agent, a commercial real estate agent, your job is to understand the blocks. Your job is to understand what is coming to those blocks and why because when you know those things, you can plan ahead.

If you obviously know your targets, you can communicate to your clients a bit better. You can tell them what is coming so that they are ahead of the curve, and so that they can plan appropriately.
