In New York City, we have millions of neighborhoods that have all types of cultures, all types of environments and all types of experiences. As an investor, you really want to identify what is the best neighborhood for your business.
Number two: what type of an investment do you need to invest in? Is it going to be a multi-family? Is it going to be a mixed-use property? Is it going to be a retail condo?
