A question I get asked frequently is how do I start investing in real estate when I don’t have millions of dollars to put in?
Number one, start small. Become a partner, a limited partner.
In any type of transaction, one percent of a hundred is a lot better than zero percent of a hundred.
Number two, work with someone who’s in the business already. Get them to show you the ropes. Get them to show you how they do their transactions. Get them to show you how they find their deals.
